Convenient stay in the heart
The warm welcome at reception made us feel like family. The hotel’s location was perfect, just a short walk to the vibrant night bazaar and local eateries. Daily room service kept our space tidy and fresh.
While we enjoyed our stay, the Wi-Fi connection was inconsistent which made our online planning a bit tricky. Additionally, the stairs leading up to the lobby could be inconvenient for some guests with heavy luggage.

The location is strategic, right next to a 24-hour 7-Eleven, providing convenient access to snacks and essentials. The small kitchen area in the renovated rooms comes in handy for heating leftovers from nearby food stalls.
The cleanliness needs a serious upgrade. I encountered quite a number of stains on the sheets that seemed to have been missed during laundry. The shower head wasn't functioning well, causing leaks, and the bathroom amenities weren’t refilled daily unless requested. Noise levels were an issue on the first floor, right by the reception and the door.

Well-maintained hotel with helpful staff ensuring a smooth check-in, excellent air conditioning, and spacious rooms. The lobby offers cold refreshments and cookies, but there's no breakfast service or room service. The noise can be a concern due to slamming doors and voices echoing in the atrium.

The location is fantastic, with a 7-Eleven right downstairs and numerous night markets just a short walk away. The rooms are comfortable. however, the wifi was a bit inconsistent at times, and my view was limited due to the room facing an interior courtyard. Staff were friendly and accommodating, and I appreciated the light refreshments available in the lobby. The price for this centrally located spot is unbeatable.

This place was a perfect match for a passing visit in Chiang Mai with all in all brilliant value for money. The staff were incredibly friendly, and one of them, the so-called 'Magic Man', even brought an umbrella when it started to rain. Consider trying the cafe across the street for breakfast. it opens early and is affordable.

great access to vibrant markets and mouthwatering restaurants
my stay was delightful, finding myself just a few steps from street food vendors and restaurants like Rajdarbar Indian Restaurant. A short walk to the famous Night Bazaar, which was such a treat during my city strolls.
